This RedZone Product is warrantied to the original purchaser by JTE Inc for a period of (1) one year from the date of sale. Product must be returned to retailer within that time period. JTE Inc , in its sole descretion, may choose to replace the entire unit with another new or reconditioned unit, or replace any defective part which proves to have failed due to defects in material or workmanship.
If defective, JTE Inc's entire liablilty is the replacement or repair of the product as described herein.  JTE Inc shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defects, malfuctions, misuse, improper installation or operation, incorrect voltage, or alteration of this product . This warranty does not apply to failure of the product due to abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, improper repair, or mishandling.
Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than JTE Inc or our authorized service centers will void the warranty.This warranty does not apply to wear from oridinary use. Operation at any voltage other than the voltage indicated could cause damage and will not be covered by this warranty.


Returning your pedal for Warranty Repair
To send in your product for warrany service or repair you will need to first obtain a Return Authoriztion Number by contacting JTE Inc., Please include that number with you product, along with the original sales receipt.

Our warranty is here for legal reasons, and chances are you probably won't actually read it, so to sum it up.
If you do really bad things to your RedZone Pedal, we will probably have to charge you a few bucks to fix it. (bad things examples - spilling a beer on it, trying to run it on 220v, leaving that battery in there so long it explodes, letting you buddy try to do some modifications, stepping on your patch cable and wrecking the input jack, etc etc )
If the pedal stops working even though you have treated it very nice, we will probably fix it under warranty. (Treating very nice examples - using the correct regulated negative tip power adapter, keeping it from being submerged in water, not touching all those little parts on the inside, keeping it in a protective showcase when not in use, ok ok, you don't have to be that nice)
